Interesting that none of the liberals I know have a problem with anything he has done so far, but we do tend to be a pragmatic bunch. Can't wait until Jan. 20, 2009!.

Edited to add that I suppose if one trolls the internet long enough following an election one could find disgruntled people from any party looking to bash their candidate. Some just expect him to wave a magic wand, but really he hasn't even taken office yet. Chill people!

i don't know that 'backing off' of the tax increase is accurate. Yesterday he told Tom Brokaw that he was consulting with his economic team about the best way to handle that considering the current situation with the economy. They may opt to just let the Bush tax cuts expire. Pretty pragmatic given the current situation. He is looking for the best way, not necessarily the most expedient way, to accomplish his goals.
