~I see "King and King" books to be a little more confusing to children than "Dick and Jane".~

First, it's one book.

By the way, BDSM very much exists in the hetero community as well. Not something that interests me.

Firstly, butch lesbians can also stand out (and are also not always well received), and secondly having a partner of the same sex

Personally, I haven't feel a need to justify my life to anybody except in re: to attaining and then protecting my right not to be fired or denied a loan, etc., and re: protections and benefits for family enjoyed by those of married couples.

You're saying you're unaware that there are differences between men and women?

<< In the majority of the cases where the woman is working...are the fathers of the children staying at home with the children?

>>> Must they?

So you're an advocate of children being raised by strangers outside of the home?

<< I disagree...unless you can demonstrate that there is no difference between the two genders.

>>> Would you support paid parental leave for new parents, as exists in Canada and the UK?

The company I work for has that. Interestingly, men get two weeks paid leave...and women get two months.

If that is what works for their family, it works for me. And it need not be strangers, though if it someone knew, a stranger is only a stranger in the beginning.

It should be equal.

I am happily aware of gender differences, but what opportunities should be segregated by gender? Other than possibly wet nurse*, I can't think of any. Please share!

* I actually haven't heard of wet nurses outside of Victorian novels, but I guess they could still exist.
