Please point out where any church has been forced to perform any marriage it did not want to perform.

Feel perfectly free to indicate where anyone attempted to force ANY church to perform a gay wedding ceremony.
The link you provided was to a bit of private property, for which the church was tax exempt but wishes to rent out to the public....fine and dandy right up to the point where the church violated the anti-discimination laws of the state.

Prop 8 removed an existing legal civil right and substantially rewrote the CA constitution to inculcate bias against a legally protected class of people.
