I think she means afford them legally recognized marriage ceremonies, as they can opposite sex couples.

It was a big issue here eventually,

Actually, since you are so vehement about this, no I do not understand what it is you are trying to say.

That explains a lot.

I'm not chatting about you laura. I asked you, quite sincerely, to explain, rather than offer a comment on what you wrote.

I could share personal experiences, but none of it matters because it does not play into this conversation.

I keep being told we misunderstood you. Well, I didn't misunderstand intentionally, if in fact I did. This leaves you with the opportunity to either clarify or not.

Your choice.

What matters most to me are these things:

Do you support legalisation of same sex marriage?

Do you believe our relationships, generically, on average, not yours, not mine, but overall... same sex relationships the equal of hetero relationships?

If you support these things, well, there really isn't much else for us to discuss, right?

I'm going to change my sign-on in a day or so.

When I read the "clue" stuff, he may have thought you were me, sorry, and I've put way too much out there under this sign-on.

Judging by one particular thread on the religion board, I agree, and it is altogether too spooky for my taste.
