Being about as liberal as a person can get, I am ashamed of the people making fun of the Tea Party. By all means, disagree, but sarcasm and demeaning remarks are why our national, state and local governments can't function.
MANY, MANY, MANY people in the TEA movement are just like you and I, but have legitimate fears and complaints. Since when are the rights to assemble and to petition merely for liberals?

What is 'good television'?- the lunatic fringe! No news network- NONE- is above looking for the sensational.

Yip, overnight. That's why Bush and the republican congress enjoyed 22 and 16% approval ratings for years. It's because of all the support they were getting from the conservatives. :)
Hey Tink. I was thinking about you yesterday.
I was invited to a union thug get-together at the capital city of the very liberal state, Springfield, Illinois. The mayor was there along with over 300 union thugs. I looked around and for the couple of hours I was there only saw two black people the entire time.
I kept thinking to myself that I wish I had brought my camera. I could've snapped a few shots and emailed them to you. You would've had to Photoshopp out the union propaganda, but other than that you could've posted them as great examples of racists TPers having only a .66% black 'uncle Tom' representation. It would've been perfect.
