Looked to me like the author testified on the subject before the FTC. Gives him a degree of expertise on the subject, don't you think? Did you find anything that needed to be corrected in the article?

I've read the FTC draft study. It's brainstorming, not policy.


I wonder, if the government did a "draft study" on re-instituting slavery, that would be okay, right? After all, it's just a draft study, not a law. Nothing to worry about.

That would only be a valid statement if you held freedom of speech in a lower regard than other personal freedoms. Do you?
