I would've like to have read more of the back story of this case.


It's difficult to imagine the depths of stupidity to their reasoning.

Well, if this was their defense:

"Story, in a 50-page ruling, dismissed concerns that legislative leaders would lose confidence in the Office of Legislative Counsel if Glenn remained employed there."

Then they certainly deserved to lose. What did they think? That brains and competence reside in the testicles?
