I know some of you know this all ready but I personally like reading and confirming what has been told/shared with me. Hope you find it informative as well. :o)

** Your body needs a certain amount of calories and nutrients each day for normal function. Denying the body of these essential elements throws the system into survival mode, slowing metabolism and encouraging the storage of energy in the form of fat. You have to eat in order to lose weight. Not to fall into the mode of fasting or skipping meals. **

Healthy choices ... portion control ... small meals frequently ... and pushing back from temptations

It is easier said than done BUT we can do it !!

Thanks Elle....You are sooooooooo right...that's exactly what I'm trying to do...but this time I'm only taking one day at a time!!
