9am 27oz water

1 apple

Noon 11/2 cups lettuce

6 slices cucumbers

¼ cup shredded cheese

2 T ranch

1 small garlic bread

27oz water

2:10pm 1 can diet rite strawberry kiwi

1 small garlic bread

2:36pm 27oz water

3:57pm 1 orange

4:05pm 1 Hershey bar with almonds

4:25pm 11/2 cups spaghetti

4:50pm 1 lite 85 yogurt

6pm 1 chicken breast

1 cup cream of chicken

2 biscuits

2 cups broccoli with cheese

2 cups mashed potatoes

27oz water

6:15pm 2nd helping 1 chicken breast

1 cup cream of chicken

1 cup broccoli with cheese

705pm 1 slice white cake with pink frosting and sprinkles

4 scoops french vanilla ice cream

1Tablespoon of Hershey chocolate

Well I went over 1600 calories and 180 carbs why do I do this I guess it will take practice huh?

that is why u are journaling, u realize where u could have done better and u think about why u made certain food choices.. i want to commend u on your water.. i added it up to be 108 oz.. sounds good! Keep journaling and watching and u will make improvements that u will enjoy.. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK WITH THE WATER! hugz,darlene
