week 1 for exercise star challenge

10 sit ups = 1 star

20 leg lifts =1 star ( 10 on each side)

walking every 1/2 mile is =1 star (should do at least 1 mile a day if you can)

belly crunches every 10 = 1 star

every fruit = 1 star

every 4 glasses of water = 1 star

1 multi vitamin a day = 1 star

we will do roll call monday on the challenge board and every lb you lose

will be a star!

Let's get motivated and work out for the next 6 weeks so we can lose some weight

before the summer starts.

THIS MIGHT HELP 1 GLASS OF GRAPE FRUIT JUICE IT LOWERS YOUR HEART RATE SO NO MORE THAN THATT TAKE YOUR MULTI VITAMINS THE GNC LADY TOLD ME THAT YOUR BODY WILL NOT LOSE WEIGHT

TOO EASILY IF YOUR NOT REPLACING YOUR VITAMINS.
