Here is the email Julie sent out..........
when we start out Monday start out slow don't over do the first day, if your not use to walking then walk a 1/2 a mile.
I myself am getting one of those leg counters tells you how far you walk.
If your use to walking then try power walking with one pound weights.
But keep up your water because it will get warm soon and you will need more than 8 glasses I bet ya!
situps every 10 =1 star
leg lifts 10 each side 1 set = 1 star
walking 1/2 mile = 1 star
belly crunches 10 = 1 star
every 4 glasses of water = 1 star
every fruit =1star
your daily vitamin = 1 star
we will do roll call in the morning starting tuesday and you can let us know how you did
everybodys email is listed and we can pair up exercise buddys to keep each other in check
if you want.
Warm up for monday do some exercise now! and hopefully be ready for The Exercise Star Challenge!!!
