Try Good Earth Original Sweet and Spicy tea. It's my favorite, but the company has several others: http://www.goodearth.com/index.asp

No caffeine in the Aveda Comfort Tea, it's naturally decaf, only herbs.

Another good one for "comfort" is Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime.

No, I don't drink tea. And Folgers lattes are empty calories, additives, and caffeine and in my opinion have no place in a healthy lifestyle.

Shawna, is the folgers latte you are having just regular or is it light (sugar free)? I was at the store and remembered you talking about it before, but I wasn't sure and didn't see any "lite" boxes. I miss my gas station horribly fattening toffee coffee and want something for a treat. Thanx.

Folger's makes a sugar-free Vanilla Cappucino, but that's the only "light" type I've ever seen while in the store. I'm sure there's more out there, though.

I like hot tea on cold winter nights....decaffinated of course. I found some similar the Aveda at a natural food store. It has cammomile, licorce root, and valerian in it. I love to put on my jammies and curl up with a cup. About an hour later, I'm ready to sleep like a baby.
