Hi! I like grapefruit this time of year, and lots of clementines. Love them!! Also, I'm big on those baby carrots. Pretzels are my snack of choice for salty stuff and I love that drinkable yogurt. I know there's more, but I have to run to the store!!

I dont mind buying the canned green beans because the salt doesnt worry me as long as Im getting in plenty of water to flush it out, plus I normally add more salt anyhow for flavor lol

Its a cute little citrus fruit--looks like a tangerine, but has no seeds. Sooooo easy to peel, too. They come in little crates this time of year, usually from Spain. If you like oranges or tangerines, you will LOVE these guys!

Great question!!!!

Shawna, would you please add to your post a request that people put name brands where ever possible.

For example, I have found that I really recommend MorningStar products over Boca as meat substitutes. Also, Breakstone is the best fat free sour cream I've found on the market. Finally, I recommend Silk soy milk products in the dairy section over any soy milk product on the dry milk aisle. It may be a little more expensive, but it is well worth it for the taste.

I hate buying something that is terrible. I would love guidance. What brand is the lower fat bacon that you buy? Does anyone have a good turkey bacon brand?

Thanks and blessings,

S_C

oh I tried spaghetti squash for the first time this year and it was so good. Be sure to bake rather than nuke it, the taste was MUCH better.

I also made some Acorn Squash Soup on Friday night and it was SOOOOOOOOOOOOO good!

So I guess you could say I'm having a love affair with squash right now! and I never cooked it before this fall!
