Well, wow, I am still cheating! I lost 3 lbs, and I just had 3 desserts tonight alone!! lol, way to celebrate my loss!! I did cheat over Thanksgiving, but not bad.
2. What plan are you currently following and if you decided to change to a different plan, which would you choose and why? I have a nutritionist who made a plan for me
3. If they came out with a potion that made you skinny within a few minutes like in The Nutty Professor (but it worked with no side affects) would you take it or would you want to still do this slowly? A potion that made me skinny? HELL YES I'D TAKE IT! What am I? Crazy?
4. What are you expecting the biggest change will be when you get to goal weight? my self-confidence, expecially around men.. I already have confidence, and I am a big flirt, but I think I'll get more attention from men being thinner
5. Since Christmas is coming and I want a few books, what have you recently read that is really good? Or are reading now? I am asking for The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown.
I am looking for some more books to ask for actually.

I stopped counting points, and ate more than I should have probably, but didn't go too crazy-- even skipped the pumpkin pie! I predict that Christmas will be more of the same ;-)
2. What plan are you currently following and if you decided to change to a different plan, which would you choose and why?
I'm on WW, which works well for me, but would give it up in a minute for your potion in question 3!
3. If they came out with a potion that made you skinny within a few minutes like in The Nutty Professor (but it worked with no side affects) would you take it or would you want to still do this slowly?
Oh, YEAH. No side effects does include no hanging skin, right?
4. What are you expecting the biggest change will be when you get to goal weight?
It'll be a challenge not to get lazy or cocky or scared and regain. I absolutely agree with the idea that weight is a shield for a lot of us, and there's a comfort factor there that might be difficult to deal with at first. Another plus for gradual loss, I guess!
5. Since Christmas is coming and I want a few books, what have you recently read that is really good? Or are reading now?
Ooooh, good question. Looking for some hints, too. I'm a big mystery fan, and have recently read "Haunted Ground" (archaeological mystery set in Ireland, very good), "Foul Matter" by Martha Grimes, and "Dreadnought", a non-mystery dealing with events leading to WWI (very readable, if you like history at all). I've also started "The DaVinci Code", which seems promising, and just reread a great funny book called "Jemima J" about a sassy British chick on a weight loss odyssey. Has anyone else read that? Highly recommended!
2. My plan is portion and calorie control. I track fat and carbs too. If I switched plans I don't know what else I would choose, because this works well for me.
3. I would take the potion. I wouldn't be able to resist seeing myself think instantly. BUT I like to believe once I saw it it would help me control my cravings because I wouldn't want to lose that look.
4. When I get to goal weight I think the biggest change will be that I will be able to look in the mirror without my heart breaking.
5. Favorite Christmas book of ALL TIME- The Christmas Box trilogy. I think it's by Richard Evans. EXCELLENT book. I read it every year. I also read The Naturally Clean Home recently so if anyone needs tips on cleaning without chemicals let me know. :-)

3. If they came out with a potion that made you skinny within a few minutes like in The Nutty Professor (but it worked with no side affects) would you take it or would you want to still do this slowly? I have to agree with Shawna's "HELL YES" response
4. What are you expecting the biggest change will be when you get to goal weight?
clothes buying..I am bad enough now being big and cant find much..I am going to make my SO so damn broke .
5. Since Christmas is coming and I want a few books, what have you recently read that is really good? Or are reading now?
A book called "BLESSINGS" very good..and am now reading one of my good ole trash romance novels Its Johanna Lindsey "JOINING" (one of my fave authors)
2. What plan are you currently following and if you decided to change to a different plan, which would you choose and why? Counting calories. my own plan. exercise, cardio, weight training. high vegatable based diet, less protein and less carbs.
3. If they came out with a potion that made you skinny within a few minutes like in The Nutty Professor (but it worked with no side affects) would you take it or would you want to still do this slowly? Would my skin be all saggy? If i was going to be saggy, then id lose it slow. It is a nice feeling knowing you are losing it on your own.
4.What are you expecting the biggest change will be when you get to goal weight? Im assuming people who barely know me will stop asking me what my diet secret is. I have had so many skinny women at my gym ask me for diet tips, its kinda funny. I feel like the diet guru.
5. Since Christmas is coming and I want a few books, what have you recently read that is really good? Who has free time to read? I am reading the kids "holes" and listening to them read me harry potter books. does that count? jenz
OHmygosh........I have White Oleander and have had it for about six months lol........I saw the movie first (usually I don't do that) and as much as I liked the movie, it didn't exactly make me want to read the book.
