I dont know about you guys, but I really need to get back on track with my exercise *blush* The exercise is flowing like molasses right now, so I need YOUR help to get me back on track =)

Oh all right...lol...I need a kick in the butt too and this might just be what I need.

I would like to state *here* that I will do exercise ABOVE AND BEYOND my normal daily activities (for example I won't count the time I am massaging people since it is my normal "routine" for work). I think I'll turn on some music and shake my booty a little before I go to work today.
