So I know we are all trying to eat healthier and that *should* be changing our attitudes too right?

Booze - I hope you don't get the impression that I'm an alcoholic, but I like premium beers (none of that low carb, lite beer crap for me) and I like cocktails. I'm well aware that they're loaded with empty calories, but I don't care.
KFC popcorn chicken - calorie wise it's not the end of the world as far as fast food goes (450) but it DOES have something like 35-40 grams of fat. So I get ONLY the chicken and eat it at home with a salad dressed with a mist of olive oil and vinegar.
White rice - I'm chinese, I like brown rice, but it's just a faux pas to eat it at home. On a really REALLY bad day I have been known to eat 10 servings, but usually I eat about 1/2-1 cup daily.
I refuse to give up coffee (especially peppermint lattes). Surprise? Not really seeing as I'm around it all day.
Ketchup. I don't eat alot of it at one time but I have a hard time eating some foods without it, but I have managed.
Taco Salad, Coffee & Ketchup...sounds gross put together!! hehehe.

I cannot give up chocolate. It's just out of the question. So, I eat it in small portions..though night before last, I ate half of this big banana split I made. It included chocolate syrup, choc. whipped cream, and chocolate chunks...and a couple other non-chocolate things, but they are so insignifigant, all i care about is the dark stuff! I love it! And I end up buying my mom candy bars just so I can have a bite, but not eat the whole thing.

I absolutely will not give up chocolate.
honestly, once you reach your goal, i dont think you have to give up ANYTHING if you really want it .... the solution is portion control :)
i mean you see allll these skinny people around eating whatever the heck they feel like ... why should we be any different? as long as we're exercising and controlling any potential binges ... i say heck, eat what you want lol
If I had one wish for everyone who sees me and thinks "skinny fit bitch", I would wish for them to know that I have to work out like a fiend and eat healthily not 80%, but more like 99% of the time to control my weight.
Just because I'm at goal does not make things ANY easier.
