Now that you're firmly entrenched in your healthy lifestyle, what foods will you never touch again, not even with someone else's 10 foot pole?

McDonalds - ew, gross, the mere thought of McD's makes me sick.

Swanson's frozen dinners - just read this and you'll agree with me, I'm sure!

Carbonated beverages - well this is a "sort of". I'll only drink it as a mixer with booze.

iceberg lettuce - it's not BAD for you, but it's not GOOD for you either. And it tastes just blah. So why bother?

iceberg lettuce isn't really bad for you, but it has NO nutrients, you're FAR better off eating dark green vegetables with about 63049801429017 times more vitamins and antioxidants.

I started hating iceberg after I realized the bagged salads with iceberg got brown and slimy several times faster than any other kind of salad.
