I'm kind of disappointed in myself but atleast I'm still moving!! So far I've only calculated 95 mins worth of exercise that has been done. Monday still isn't over yet and Tuesday & Wednesday haven't come and gone yet either.

Wednesday - I walked around the block (10 mins). And I also did 10 mins of step aerobics before my daughter decided that I had to pay attention to her instead.

Thursday - I did my walk around the block again (10 mins). Plus Tae-Bo for 15 minutes. I didn't wake up early enough so that's all my time schedule allowed me.

Friday - 10 mins around the block. Had plans in the evening so I didn't find time to do anything else.

Saturday - I had a hectic day at work so I skipped my walk around the block but I did go to the bar that night and two stepped for 20 mins non-stop!!

Sunday - 20 min walk.

Monday - Had a rough night with DD so I slept in. Hoping to do my walk around the block after work and maybe some step aerobics or another walk with DD.

Tuesday & Wednesday - my goal is to still walk around the block after work and go to length swim at the pool at 6am. Should be fun!!

I just round to the nearest 5 or 0...

I use a timer and if there's any time left on it when I am done I make sure I subtract it. I am really methodical- I keep telling my husband it's part of my charm- he's not yet convinced.

Main reason I do it is that I don't want to FEEL like I did 20 minutes, when I only did 17. I spent a long time benig dishonest to myself- not going to do it again now.

Hi, Shawna...

Doesn't shivering count? Must be burning more calories than just sitting, right, LOL?

Hope your furnace situation is resolved quickly, one more thing off your mind.

Walking, walking, walking. That's really all I've done on the challenge, despite your great idea and my good intentions. 20 minutes, twice a day except yesterday, so I've got some time in, but REALLY need to get the arms & abs thing going TONIGHT as soon as I get home. Isn't that supposed to burn off stress as well? Maybe I'll stop being such a whiny creature for a while!!!

Take care,

Mickie
