I am on plan. Haven't even eaten popcorn during the football games! Lifted weights during the Purdue v. Georgia game, vacuumed out the old year during 1/2-time. Food == blackeyed peas and cornbread. I know, doesn't sound healthy but it's tradition. Gonna get some cabbage from my best friend later and probably walk my dog. If I don't get to that latter task, I have it covered with the cleaning I've done.
Ugh, not me! I'm still trying to kick this darn flu I've had for like 2 1/2 weeks, my symptoms aren't too bad anymore, but I'm just so exhausted. The thought of exercise makes me fall asleep...almost literally, LOL! And then AF showed up yesterday and I've had a major case of the munchies, plus my serious chocolate cravings. Next week my son is having surgery, so I'm going to have to figure out how not to gain 10 lbs while I'm stuck eating hospital cafeteria food or McDonald's for a week or so (btw, those are the only choices available, there is *very* limited space to store your own food unless it is non-perishable). So it may be a couple more weeks before I am completely back on track *sigh*.
Amanda, don't know where you live or how big the hospital you mention is, but you might be able to ask the on-site dietitian of the hospital for prepared meals. Just a thought. Doesn't hurt to ask.
Hope you feel better soon.

According to FitDay, I have consumed 2135 calories. ARGH!!!!!!! And I thought I was eating healthy "fart food" with my blackeyed peas, cornbread and cabbage rolls. This is terrible!!!!
I think I will have to launch a search and rescue mission for my MIA calorie counter. FitDay is too time consuming for finding/adding foods. Does anyone have a good FREE online calorie counter? If so, please post a link. It doesn't actually have to calculate for me. I can do that with my own calculator and keep a written journal.
I can't say I'm "back" on plan because im just starting LOL, but things are good here .... i've been eating good & exercising and drinking water ... it's actually not as hard of a transition that i thought it would be
I did after all decide to do the atkins diet, it hasn't been too inconvenient, i just hope i can keep it up LOL .... good luck all of ya'll i know its gotta suck from being able to cheat to having to go back lol *hugzzzzz*
I'll have to check into that, though I have a feeling they will only deliver meals to the patients...and since my DS doesn't eat he wouldn't be on the list to get meals, darn kid, LOL!
I googled "free calorie counter" and a buttload of things came up...I only looked at 2 and you had to sign in and become a "member" of that group or whatever...so maybe you can do a search and check out what you might like ~HUGS~April
BTDT :-) Thanks though. I didn't want to join anything or pay. An old-fashioned book may be better for me anyway -- can carry it with me. I also looked at www.downloads.com to no avail.
