YES I ate....I ate 2 oz of tuna with mustard (yeah I know, weird...) for lunch. I just ate dinner where I downed a subway low carb wrap for 19g. And I have an egg in the fridge I plan to eat around 6. That will bring me to ....VOILA! 20

Yes, I have heard of people using their weight to gauge how much they should drink.

I don't mind the ponderance......I drank this much water BEFORE I was trying to lose weight. I am constantly thirsty- which the dr. said can be partially contributed to insulin resistance and is a concern of pre-diabetes....seriously, I am not even drinking as often as I want to! I have 15 20-oz bottles of water in the fridge every morning and occasionally have to refill a few. I do have to use the bathroom alot (Return of the King almost killed me!) but I am not even close to water intoxication. I put a little salt in my water 2 times a day to restore lost sodium, and the dr. is okay with my water intake because I have never had any symptoms of water intox.

No prob- I appreciate the concern. The dr. gave me a list of symptoms that accompany water intoxication and I just dug it out- the biggies are apathy, confusion, nausea, and fatigue. My apathy generally involves my vacuum, which isn't diet related. Confusion- no more than the average mom. Nausea- almost never, unless DH is watching those coroner shows he loves, and fatigue.....nope. More energetic than I have been in years.

You ladies are peaches for being so concerned, but I want to be shapely, not dead. No one ever looks hot in a coffin, so I won't do anything stupid.
