I haven't eaten yet, but I will soon and it will either be a bowl of Rice Krispies or Kix, with nonfat milk.

I had two scrambled eggs with a slice of melted low-fat cheese. 1/2 slice of whole grain toast. 1 glass of orange juice (no added sugar -- 100% juice). When I got to work I had one cup of coffee with one packet of raw sugar.

nan ... just my opinion, you might wanna see if you can't find some splenda, the aspartane in most of those artificial sweeteners wreak havoc on the body :(

I'm slowly getting myself into splenda....it's funny you mentioned that! i'm just not too thrilled with the cost of it....but i know that sometimes the cost is worth it. thanks.

Instant oatmeal, yogurt, and no-salt trail mix...A lot of calories, but its AF time and I'm starving!

Two scrambled eggs with chives, a cup of grapefruit sections, and some Irish breakfast tea. More motivated than usual to cook this morning... as I also was too lazy last night to put together my usual grab-n-go.
