1) What plan are you following, how long have you been on it and why would you recommend it?

I started Atkins today....so far so good....lol

2) Do you play games with your scale (like weigh in w/ clothes then w/o.......or before and after using the bathroom?

I weigh in Monday mornings, after shower and bathroom break, unclothed

3) If you had to pick the one best thing about losing weight (even if you just started and haven't lost anything yet) what would it be?

Not seeing the scale roll over anymore!!!

4) What is your dream weight and dream jeans size?

150 lbs, jeans size....I dunno. I think I would be thrilled with a 12, since that's what I wore when I was playing volleyball

5) What is your biggest motivation?

I WANT to feel better about myself.

6) What is the absolute worst thing about being overweight?

feeling badly about myself

7) If a crystal ball would tell you the truth about any one thing you wished to know concerning yourself, life, the future, or anything else, what would you want to know?

I would want verification that my kids will be happy, healthy, productive people

8) What color is your hair? If you won a dye-job from a salon, what color would you have it dyed?

it's reddish. I would dye it brighter reddish

1) I'm just counting calories (food journal) and exercising intensely. I've been following this plan for about 3 months. I'd recommend it because it's really cheap, allows you to eat limited amounts of any food you like, and because it's a proven method of losing a lot of weight and keeping it off.

2) Yes. I weigh myself after going to the bathroom and just before stepping into the shower. I also weigh myself at the scale at the gym, before and after I work out (that's actually somewhat useful).

3) The sense of accomplishment.

4) 120 is my "dream" weight, and I'd love to wear a size 8. But when I was 14, 5'3", and 130, I still wore a size 13, so I think realistically I'll only get to a size 12 or so.

5) My professional goals and my desire to have a relationship one day.

6) For me, it's been what others think of me: that I'm lazy, or unmotivated, or gross, or not sexy, or stupid, and every other stereotype of overweight people.

7) I'd love to know where I'll end up working after graduation (and how much money I'll be earning!).

8) A few months ago I dyed my hair back to its natural color, a medium brown. Prior to that it was a very light brown with lots of blonde highlights. I liked the blonde, but I got tired of the roots.

I have a private dietition. I have not been following my plan around Christmas, but I would recommend it b/c you get a lot of personal support from the doctor(if you have a good one), and it is good to have that one person to communicate your problems and questions with.

2) Do you play games with your scale (like weigh in w/ clothes then w/o.......or before and after using the bathroom? no, i just do it au natural so i know i am gettin it true, i don't have patience for games.

3) If you had to pick the one best thing about losing weight (even if you just started and haven't lost anything yet) what would it be?

I feel so much better about myself now.

I don't dream about it a lot, but I would like to be about 155 and a size 10-12.

5) What is your biggest motivation?

my biggest motivation is that I want to be healthy. I don't want to have a heart attack at 30.

6) What is the absolute worst thing about being overweight?

I don't think that being overweight is the worst thing in the world, first of all. But if I had to choose, I would say prejudice. People think that you are lazy when you're not; it's just that you have extra weight.

7) If a crystal ball would tell you the truth about any one thing you wished to know concerning yourself, life, the future, or anything else, what would you want to know?

I don't want to know about my future, and I don't want to know anything about my life...I would want to know if there was life on other planets. That would be interesting..

8) What color is your hair? If you won a dye-job from a salon, what color would you have it dyed?

I want my hair either bleach blonde like Marilyn or really dark like Betty.

It's so nice to see people's weight goals. They sound realistic its nice everyone doesnt wnat to be a size 2.

ok here are my silly answers

I'm not actually on a plan yet. I think i'd like to try Atkins. cept i have no idea what a carb even is!! i know potatoes has them and thats scary to give up!!!! :p

I havent really started weighing yet i mean occasionally i will but i'd definatly do it in the buff!

OMG wearing NORMAL size clothes. im an 18 right now sometimes 16 depending.. but i'd love to go in ANY store in the mall and just say i'll take that and that and that and that :p

size 8-10 would be ideal.

My 3yo. I have had weight issues my whole life. i want to teach her to eat RIGHT and excercise. She sees me snacking drinkin soda and thinks thats normal. I want her to learn from the beginning whats healthy and whats not.

just feeeling like crap! Plus i smoke that doent help. I want to be able to run with my daughter. play sports with her.. spend more outdoor time.. instead of her seeing me in front of a computer all the time bc im jsut so lazy!

Its back to brown right now.. was blonde during the summer.. WOW bleeching takes a realllllly long time.
