Any specific food goals or exercise goals you'd like to share?
I want at least thirty minutes of exercise (woohoo Pilates......I love it lol)
I want 65 oz of water
and 25-30g of carbs
And I'll make it happen

So far today, I have it all planned out and I will be right on target if I stick with it.
Stay under 20 g of carbs ... yesterday was good, but its getting harder ... I'm finally starting to feel withdrawl but last night i was able to fight it lol, by going to bed ROFLLLL
