Any specific food goals or exercise goals you'd like to share?


I want at least thirty minutes of exercise (woohoo Pilates......I love it lol)


I want 65 oz of water


and 25-30g of carbs


And I'll make it happen

I plan to brave the super cold and bike to and from work. I'll also take something to eat for lunch... salad, probably.
