See this is my prolem...I haven't eaten yet today..sometimes I will eat fruit or toast in the morning but not usually anything until supper time for a meal..but see when DS is out of school for some reason I pig on junk....I know it is said EAT BREAKFAST...but if I eat a large breakfast I start with the cravings and end up snacking all day..oh well...just my rant of the day :) ~hugs~ April
I'm not sure if I'm at an advantage or disadvantage since I work in a school. I eat in the cafeteria everyday, and some of the food can be tempting. (The cook is actually pretty good.) However, there is a salad option every day, so my current plan is green salad and fruit for lunch, and protein for dinner.
Today's lunch was green salad with egg and applesauce.
Also- I am on a kick with this stuff from walmart- its fruit flavored carbonated water- no caffeine, calories, fat, or sodium. Basically nothing- just water. I LOVE it for a sweet fix or just to help fill my belly. :)
Tuna salad on a bed of Romaine lettuce and raw spinach, a few grape tomatoes (I think that's what they're called), and a sliced red pepper. And water. And a little coffee.

Try to get mostly protein with breakfast, that might help the cravings. Eggs, cheese, meats...that sort of thing. Just a thought.
Breakfast is definitely something I've had to get used to having.
