I did pretty good yesterday, only about 1627 calories in all, despite my gravy covered dinner...lol

Today I am having Campbells' Creamy Tomato soup-at-hand, Very Vanilla fat-free Yoplait, and a big bottle of water!!

Those Campbells at-hand soups are very good and filling....and if you ever pour it into a bowl, you would find that its really alot of soup!

I'm not sure if I'm at an advantage or disadvantage since I work in a school. I eat in the cafeteria everyday, and some of the food can be tempting. (The cook is actually pretty good.) However, there is a salad option every day, so my current plan is green salad and fruit for lunch, and protein for dinner.

Today's lunch was green salad with egg and applesauce.

Also- I am on a kick with this stuff from walmart- its fruit flavored carbonated water- no caffeine, calories, fat, or sodium. Basically nothing- just water. I LOVE it for a sweet fix or just to help fill my belly. :)

Try to get mostly protein with breakfast, that might help the cravings. Eggs, cheese, meats...that sort of thing. Just a thought.

Breakfast is definitely something I've had to get used to having.

Tuna salad on a bed of Romaine lettuce and raw spinach, a few grape tomatoes (I think that's what they're called), and a sliced red pepper. And water. And a little coffee.

MMmmmmmm.
