I had lettuce with light tuna and 1/2 T. miracle whip also light and 1 stalk of celery on top, very good and according to fitday healthy..LOL..and a large glass of water
My lunch today was a low carb peanut butter and jelly sandwhich.....a huge salad w/ baby spinach and all kinds of other good salad veggies (and I love cuc's......they may be nutritionally void lol.....but I'll eat the heck out of em) and a good ole bottle of water.
