im in... this should help me keep motivated to start exercising... i have been soooooo good with food for the last couple days (i have only been really starting to diet since the weekend) and now i just need to start exercising and i will be good to go! haha

OK! I'm right with ya!


I got up at the unGodly hour of 5:20am and did Denise Austin's "Fat burning Blast!" I did both 20 min workouts and I feel great! I had to march in place a couple of times, but I did it!


I think me and my neighbor are just going to walk at night. I need to really devote my time to working out seriously so up at the crack of dawn I will be!


I LOVE Denise Austin! She is so positive and encouraging! Damn, wish I could be that happy all the time. Must be the endorphin rush from all that exercise!

This challenge came at a great time. This week I've been concentrating on cardio one day and strength training the next. Now I get to kick myself in the butt and do cardio EVERYDAY! That's great because I need that extra boost this week.

I guess I'll do Tae-Bo tonight, a walk around the block and maybe some more ab training on the ball.

I wanted to wake up at 5am this morning. I set my alarm last night but I must not have turned it on because I woke up at 5:56. Argh! I was so disappointed but I must have needed the sleep.
