I plan to walk the dreadmill this afternoon and do ab work too.

I did ab exercises on my exercise ball. I worked other areas too but it was definately 10 mins of abs!!

i did it! i did it! i did a 15 min target abs exercises with my "the method" pilates tapes. ( i also did 20 on the eliptical).
