Hey ladies!

I am having a good week and want to make sure I add my success to the weigh-in --BUT when and where to post it?

As a side note, I'm doing fine with my eating plan (though it's still kinda vague), but I REALLY need motivation for working out. I was walking outside with my dog, but all of a sudden it is way too cold for me out there. I have a few tapes, and I want to do them in the mornings... Humph. I WILL GET UP EARLY TOMORROW, I WILL GET UP EARLY TOMORROW!!! :)

Hi Tina.........as Shawna said I will be posting on Fridays......however, post whenever you see some pounds coming off because we all need that motivation!

Thanks for the motivation. :)

I didn't join the exercise challenge, because I didn't quite feel ready for the committment. I plan to continue my new eating habits, and join the challenge for next week. This weekend if I can.
