Well, for breakfast, my mom made me an egg and low-fat ham sandwich on wheat bread, no mayo or anything, and a glass of Skim Delix milk.
For lunch, I got a fat-free turkey and swiss sandwich on wheat, with low-fat mayo, some fat-free yogurt, and water.
For dinner tonight, I am not really sure what we're having. I need something healthy b/c last night I made taco salad, with no low-fat anything besides the lettuce and tomatos.
And I'm sure tonight I'll have an apple or chocolate cake, lol, which ever we may have readily available.

breakfast,... 2 yogurt parfets from mcdonalds (well, you could say one for breakfast and one for snack)
lunch,....rotissary chicken, and cucumbers
supper,... not much, lol.... a couple bites of baked ham and a few sweet snap peas.
i wasn't hungry during supper, i might eat something else healthy later, it's only HUH? 8:19 already, ... oops maybe not
