Ok.........arms was the obvious next area lol........but I also chose it because my thighs are just kicking my butt now from all that work on Thursday lol.

did 10 mins of arms......35 mins toning and 20 mins on my total tiger. Now I am going to soak in the tub!!!

well i have been slacking ALL week..yesterday at midnight i did legs 15 min and today i got up and did Denise Austin's TV workout and then did extra leg workouts and then a tonite i did arm exercises. Doing crunches before bed. I need to get of my rut.

i didn't find time to exercise on thursday, so i did double duty for friday to make up. i did 15 min thighs and 15 min arms. both with my target specific pilates.
