Hi everyone,
Ive been on a dieting hiatus for a while. I have been having some health problems and have been overeating, partly because of a new med I am taking. I haven't felt much like posting due to depression over my weight gain. I decided to get back on plan yesterday. I was sitting at a all you can eat buffet, when two of my top shirt buttons literally flew off into the buffet table. I am taking that as A sign from god that I better get back on plan. Since there are a lot of new posters Ill quickly reintroduce myself: my name is jen, I own a dog grooming biz, im 33 married, with three girls, and own lots of pets. I was posting pretty regularly until around late november,or early dec. My top weight was I thought 260.(old scale) I had gotten down to I think it was 197? I had no special diet plan, except to eat more veggies and drasticly reduce red meat, and eliminate all fried foods. I try to stay at about 1200 calories a day. My weight is back up as of today to 205.(new accurate scale) My old scale was showing me thinner than i actually was. Now my new scale is very accurate. I have enjoyed looking at the websites of you posters. I do have a web site, but can't remember the addy. Ill have to ask hubby for it again, or maybe one of you other posters like shawna remembers it, and can post it for me. hope you all are on plan today, god bless. jen 260/205/160

We certainly have a lot of new "faces" around here..and on the down side there are a couple "new?" trolls as well
I think I only saw a few posts from you before you left for the holidays. I'm sorry to hear of your new meds but I hope they're helping. Kinda. Despite what some people think, we all receive some kind of a sign. Thank goodness you got yours before it was too late.
Once again, welcome back and give yourself a pat on the back for coming back. It takes alot of guts to come here in the first place. But, it takes alot more strength to come back after falling off the wagon. We all do, losing weight isn't easy.
