1) I bought a video that has 5 ten-minute workouts that each target a different body part. I think this will help me commit to the exercise challenge! It's Bellydance for Fitness, for anyone who's interested, and I got it at Ross for, I think, $5. I did TWO sections of it this morning, and it is pretty challenging since I've just started- but if you add weights or resistance, it should help you all the way through. Woohoo!
2) Also- I thought about why I haven't lost weight before now, and why that's going to change. (I read the article in WW Magazine, too- lol!) In the past, I did try a few eating and fitness plans. However, I never told anyone about it. If I failed or gave up, I didn't want to have to face them. Well, it occurred that being accountable for my actions is my key problem. If being accountable to myself isn't enough to keep me going, then I need for others to know of my plan, to keep me on the up and up. Now that I have you girls, and some friends at work that I have confided in, I feel like my biggest obstacle is overcome, and that I will be successful! YAY!
Thanks for listening. Best of luck to you all this week!!
Love,
Tina

Yay about overcoming your biggest obstacle! I never really thought about it, but I blabbed to my mom and sister on the phone last night that I was losing weight and then wished I'd kept it a secret to surprise them (they live in different towns). But now that you mention it, maybe it's best that I did tell them so that I feel accountable. Hmmmm.
Great about the tape! I still haven't started an exercise routine...I really need to get cracking on that *sigh*
