Program : my own, until i decide on a different one... eating whole unprocessed foods, cutting carbs, lots of water, and exercise 3xs a week or more.

Advice (can be day-to-day or diet & fitness related) : keep re-motivating yourself every day. don't forget your goals and why you are doing this in the first place. more advice... go make a virtual model of yourself on the net and then see what you look like fat and then thin... it's fun!
