I thought I would start a post so that we could discuss any celebrations, thoughts or struggles this week.

Ryen should be able to come home tomorrow and my MIL will be going home Saturday...so Sunday is the day for me to really get back on track!

Wow Amanda!
I am still getting motivated to exercise. Last night I was just WIPED OUT when I got home from work, and I reverted to my old lazy self. I must not do that!! One thing I like about Dr. Phil is how he says you have to change your lifestyle. I am working on that part. Also I am not drinking enough water. I brought a big water bottle to work today. It is bright green and hard to miss. Hopefully this will entice me. :)
Goals for the rest of the week are:
*Drink more water
*Exercise daily (and not count walking the dog unless we take a real hike! lol)
*Get rid of the candy in my apartment
This weekend will be a little more of a challenge, as my brother is moving in with me and my mom will be in town for the weekend. But that's okay.
THanks for all your support!!

Tina, You have such a super attitude!
I had to make the decision to withdraw from one of my courses (I don't need it but they made a mistake and signed me up for it) because I was falling behind. It's definately a course that needs to be taken by itself and being correspondence...makes it even harder.
My daughter is still sick. My mom is looking after her today so I can come to work and get some schoolwork done (I have an assignment due today). Mom had said that if she ends up taking Emily (DD) to the doctor that they'll probably admit her. Wouldn't surprise me one bit seeing as she's been living on Pedialyte and still has her fever (when Tylenol doesn't break it) since Sunday morning. Added stress if they do admit her but it would be for her own good. Plus I've been up 4-5 times a night with her since Friday night. I don't remember being up this many times in one night since she was 6 months old! Yikes!
I haven't exercised this week because my child is clingy at night and I really don't have any energy to get up at 5am after being up most of the night.
My goals this week are:
1) Drink more water -> I can do this if I'm sleep deprived!!
2) Eat Healthy -> I've had to set my watch timer for every 2 hours so I make healthy decisions. If I don't set it, then I either don't eat or I make unhealthy choices.
3) Take a walk around the block after work -> It'll give me some fresh air & "me" time before I go home to my sick and cuddly child. Will also be exercise that I am so seriously lacking this week.
I really hope she's better by the end of this week so I can get back on track and not have to worry about her!!

So my goals this week are to: continue to drink 100oz+ water, keep track of foods i eat and stay within my calorie guideline and work out daily.
