Well, let's just say I never knew the "fat chick" was eating too little. I found out yesterday that one I eat way too little. I don't enough of the food groups which is the diet I am on. A good ol' fashion eat the 4 food groups and you can't go wrong. I can even have items that don't have to be low fat or fat free. Mayo here I come!! I need to exercise 7 days a week. Hmm is that same as all the time?
I am a bit concerned about the money situation I have with it all BUT it is very needed. The RD believes I can lose 50 to 60 pounds this year and keep it off for good. She is teaching me how to incorporate all food groups so that no matter what is going on in my life I can continually do this type of diet.
This is going to get interesting
Blessings,

I realized that, I too, was eating too little. But then when I did eat enough, it was all the wrong things. You lose if you don't eat and you lose if you eat too much of the wrong foods.
With all these modern diets, sounds like the food guide pyramid is the best way to go when all else fails.
To help myself stay on track by eating regularly and to help not pig out on the bad things...I bought a sports watch and I set my timer (aka: my reminder) so it goes off every 2 hours. About the time when it goes off is when I'd be grabbing for a cookie and then after I ate it, I'd be like, "Why did I just do that?". So now, I either have a slim-fast shake, an apple or something healthy. It helps!! Just a hint. You have to find a little trick that helps you, everyone is different.
That's awesome that you got some professional advice and you're making some lifestyle changes!! We're here for you!!
