OK, well I kinda did it. I was able to stay on the meal plan we came up with UNTIL...someone at work throw my afternoon snack away, which totally bummed me out. I just realized yesterday that people don't like to see other people get healthy or even try and lose weight. I was told it wasn't an issue and that I can start a diet tomorrow all over again. HELLO!!! I am not spending close to a grand for a diet. OK, enough venting. Now when I got home yesterday evening I was hungry and ate a little bowl of mandarine oranges and a spoonful of cottage cheese. I then went and walked a mile and ate. Let me tell you I was hungry. I ate a good dinner and I ate all of it. Washed all that down with a bit of shebert. But this is the kicker...about an hour later I was hungry again and still full of enegry. I was rather impressed how quickly this is hitting me. I also got on the scale again today after 3 weeks of being 264 I am down to 263.5. not enough to do a thing but enough to be an encouragement that this is really possible.

Hey, that is half a pound! Watch, soon it'll be coming off like crazy!!! That is awesome and I'm so glad that you can already feel the effects!!
