Hi All!

Through this board I have made an AWESOME friend in the form of Serena (serenaamber). We weigh about the same, have about the same goal, are doing the same-ish programs (low carb and exercise), have similar circumstances (SAHM's, flybabies etc), and the same weaknesses. LOL!

Because we are so much alike, we've decided to do some personal challenges (that whole accountability demon!) and any of you who'd like can join as well. BUT, we'd like some suggestions, if yall have any, for some really fun ones. They can be regarding exercise, food, water, housework, life in general...anything! Be creative! I am going to add a challenge page to my website where we'll list the challenges, journals, stats, etc. We want to keep making progress on our goals, and we think this is a fun way to do it!

You two could start out by making a weekly challenge or mix it up each day.
