I drank 4 16 oz glasses of green tea yesterday, so I am hoping that is what it was. I just fell icky about it. I was late to work today due to the desire to go to the store and get the things i need to eat better here at work. sigh...this is probably why i never wanted to start a diet before.

Hi, sorry your feeling so low. Just a few things..your weight will go up and down throughout the day, i've read up to 5 lbs so it's best to weigh yourself at the same time each time. I weigh myself in the morning, the few times i've weighed in the afternoon or evening it will up a few pounds and i would get so upset then the next mornign i would weigh and it wouldn't. So don't let it get you down. It will take awhile for you and body to get to used to the new routine, but you CAN do it!! Just remember you have people supporting you.

Thanks ya'll. It is just so hard when you expect at least half a pound to go away somewhere. I am probably expecting too much and ya'll can take me to task on this any time.

Now if i can get rid of the bad hair day i am having

Well you have to take each day as a learning experience....tonight plan what you are gonna eat tomorrow so that you dont have to worry about what your gonna eat or what is healthy =)
