Off to a good start this week!!

I exercised yesterday morning and exercised this morning. 30 mins both days. Plus I went for a walk on Sunday. But is this really enough? Should I be doing 30 mins in the morning and 30 mins in the evening? I keep reading that you should burn more calories than I consume. But in order to be healthy you have to consume 2000 calories (approx.) and yet step aerobics only burns 300 calories every half hour...I'd be dead!! For those of you who have lost weight, how long do you exercise per day?? And when I strength train in the morning I feel guilty because I didn't do cardio. I think I'll have to do cardio in the am and then strength train in the pm.
Weight Commander told me that Wednesdays are my bad days (I weigh in everyday) so I really have to be careful on Tuesdays. I also know that I have to be very careful on the weekends too.
Anyways, how is everyone else doing this week? I'm having a problem with getting enough water but I'm going to succeed today, I know that for sure!!
