OKKKKK I swindled some money and am going to Wal-Mart to look for a workout video ....I knwo some of you swear by certain ones...SO PLEASE SUGGEST SUGGEST SUGGEST..and tell me why you like that one more than any of the other ... TIA ~HUGS~

My favorite workout video is Kathy Smith's kickboxing because of the very upbeat techo type of music.

I love Tae-Bo!! It's so fun and you get so into it that before you know it...IT'S OVER!! The other morning, I woke up and didn't feel like exercising so I thought I'd take a "break" and do Tae-Bo. I forgot it wasn't THAT easy but it's tons of fun.

Stay away from the Buns of Steel (and Arms of Steel...etc) because I find that if you're not the greatest dancer that you get lost in the footwork really easy. I am always afraid that my legs are going to end up in knots because I'm so confused all the time. It never happens but it's also the reason why I found out the other day that my "Thighs of Steel" video is still in its wrapper!!

I've said this before and I'll say it again...my favorite exercise instructor is Charlene Prickett. She used to be on cable/satellite TV in the US but not anymore. She does give better shipping rates to Americans and with the exchange the videos will be less...but you're going to Wal-Mart so I won't get into details about her.

Hi, the workout videos i do are ~Buns of Steel so i have to disagree with the other poster..lol..i think it's a great video they also have a beginers Buns of Steel, ~ Dynamite Leg Work Out ~Gilad's Fat Burning Work out. I have 2 Tae Bo and a Tae Bo boxing but haven't doen em. I tried one a few weeks back and didn't get into it. I will prob try again next week. I also like doing Denise Austin's morning workout. In Ohio it's on at 7:30am and is 30 min.

hi shawna , i did get something called fit chic focusing on pilates...i have to admit it was at ross and I am bargain shopper lady so I figured i will try it...and havent tried it out yet as have had company all weekend I plan on doing it first thing in the morning !! YAYYYY
