Well, ya'll I went to my follow up with the dietian yesterday. I actually did really well in trying to keep a log and keep to healthier eating. I am down a pound and I feel better. Now ya'll don't do what I do and eat way too much fiber. Not good for the GI tract and you gain with it. Little tid bit i never knew...if you start to want A LOT of sweets look and see how many bad fats and bad carbs you have had that day. It's a good indicator.

Isn't it great??? I know...I have a lot of trouble doing my food journal b/c I'm always busy, so I'll forget about it for like 2 days then try to remember what I ate...lol...don't get into that habit, it's hard to break. Like, right now, I am going to fill it out for Monday-today..lol
