What is everyone doing right now?? I am so stressed out, tired, and bored at the same time. My computer at home has Office97, so the powerpoint here is USELESS!!! I have my final chapter due tomorrow, and I just cannot do it at home. I tried, and I actually did half of it, but THEN I got "There is not enough room on your disk"...so I threw, er, chucked my floppy disk at my computer, and said SCREW THIS! I am being very emotional today...the dreaded monthly..and so I am not in the mod. All I wanted to do is eat!!! I ate chips like, as much as I could today. I was craving SALT!!! I never crave salt.

I am so discouraged...I am so fat! Why can't I lose this weight?????? I am so bloated right now, so..and by my fitday.com calculations, all I have to do to reach my goal is lose 3.12 lbs a week...BUT I CAN'T!! I feel like giving up...

Don't look at the 3.12 pounds per week!! Look at today. TODAY you can drink enough water. TODAY you can do 20-30 minutes (or more if you feel like it) of exercise. TODAY you can take a walk around the block.

Just like everyone else, you have things to do today, right? Why worry about 7 days from now if you have things to do TODAY!

Trust me, it took me a long time to live in the moment rather than the future. I always looked forward to the future because I hated the present but now I want to live in the past...go figure!

We all make mistakes. We all slip up. But if you continue to slip up (day after day after day)...you really aren't ready to lose weight. You may be ready physically and mentally but you aren't emotionally. Sorry, by saying "you" I don't mean YOU, I mean, anyone, in general.

Good Luck. Keep your chin up. You will feel motivated again soon.
