Dieting...the first half of the week was horrid. I was in the "I don't care if I slip up" mode. But the second half of the week was awesome!!
Exercise...Awesome for the whole week!! I exercised Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I was going to get up this morning but my neck hurt soooooooo bad. I've had previous neck problems and back injury so I can't push my luck or I'll wind up a cripple. I was kinda bummed so I just layed in bed. Tomorrow I plan to do my workout again and Sunday too. I'll just look at today as being my one day off for the week.
Next week I'm going to do awesome in both diet & exercise because I'm definately determined. After staying at the same weight for a week...the scale budged this morning. I was soooo excited!!
Hope everyone had a good week...and if they didn't...have an awesome one next week!!
I will be AT the Superbowl, and I can really deal with missing urvivor. The only reality show that gets my attention is LAST COMIC STANDING, for rather obvious reasons. ;)
I posted before that I did pretty crummy this past week (on both diet and exercise). I am going to change that around this week. I am determined. I keep thinking that if I can lose 2 pounds a week, I will reach my goal by new years 2005. How cool is that? I know that might be a bit optimistic, but it is a motivating thought nonetheless. :) And hey- if I keep slacking off, then there's NO way I can do it.
This week, I AM going to get up and work out in the morning (I swear). I just think that the afternoon slugs are getting in my way. Also, I am going to eat only salad and fruit when I am at work, and not give in to the cafeteria food. Finally, I am going to throw out the last of the tempting, bad, food that remains in my kitchen (read margarine and that damned holiday candy that's still there. lol).
GO PATS!!! I'm from the Boston area Divine, and although I'm not a huge football fan, I definitely get excited when the home town team is in the Superbowl. Have a great time!
I did pretty well this week. My eating was good. I brought my lunch to work almost every day which is good. When I didn't, I got a salad and watered down the dressing before putting it on so that it wouldn't be so fattening. My exercise could have been better, though. I only got up early one day so I definitely could have done better in that department. I did lose a pound and a half this week, though. I'm proud of that! Next week I will exercise at least 3 days during the week (the weekends are easy, I can always fit that in). There, I put it in print, so now I have to do it!

Well if we are grading ourselves then I would give myself a B.

So here's to a brand new week!
