My computer is finally unpacked and new cable modem loaded and ready here in Wichita Falls, Texas. Began work on Monday of last week, moved the household over last weekend, and finally emptying out boxes this week and weekend nights while working during the day. My mother and sister are coming from OKC tomorrow to see what the place looks like. Everyone -- animals and people -- arrived everywhere they were supposed to be safely.
Job is good so far. Looks like I'll be a Texan for a while. But I'm still not going to root for the Cowboys. Maybe the Houston Astros.
I've not been dieting wonderfully -- lots of fast food until I get my refrigerator stocked and more time on my hands. There is an Oxford Street restaurant here with a great salad bar, though. And, I have been trying to limit my meals to healthy choice and weight watcher frz. entries, etc.
Went walking at Wichita Lake with my dog. Thought that trail would never end. lolol -- was getting dark and cold by the time we finally found our way back to the car. But beautiful!!! Sunset and twilight across the lake with ducks, geese coming in for landings. Rabbits hopping across the walkway. It was gorgeous. I love the location of this house. Hope the owners decide to sell it sometime down the road so I can buy it.
Hope everyone is well.
Blessings,
