i have a question for those who keep track of foods eaten/calories..how many do you have a day? The body challenge website told me for my weight i should be eating 1419 for moderate cardio and weights exercise, was 1451 before i lost the 12 lbs..AGH..lol..and then if i do light cardio it should be 1233. Just curious caus everyone on the board seems to be doing so GOOD =)

You said you work out 90 mins. I'm curious to know your workout routine. I get so bored after 30-45 mins I want to quit.
