Good Morning Ladies! First of all, let me thank you for the warm welcome to this board. I am relieved to have found a "home".

Okay, onto my good news! Today is my weigh in day, lost 2.5 lbs for the week! That makes 10 lbs for the month of January! Woo Hoo!! I'd set a goal for this month at 10 and I did it! With alot of sweat and ALOT of water and good eating it's coming off!

I hope you all are off to a fabulous start to your week. Are we ready to be "losers" again? Got those menus planned? That water chillin' in the fridge? Most importantly, a smile on those beautiful faces! A little bit of planning and we can't go wrong.
