Mel and Serena's Challenge- Day One!

I skipped my coffee and have guzzled 48 oz of water so far (133 is goal for the day, plus limiting caffeine). I haven't exercised yet, but I stayed up too late and couldn't get up with Denise :-) this morning so I will be doing that once DH leaves for work (thank goodness for VCR's). Our laundry room project- well, I don't actually HAVE a laundry room, so for me this entails going to the laundromat, organizing the area where I keep laundry-related stuff, and working on my dungeon of a basement in the area that WOULD house a washer and dryer. And my new food thing for the day- I am going to see how hard boiled egg tastes in tuna salad made with 0 carb mayo from Carb Options. I plan to have 4 aces by bedtime!

Hearts- Do 15 minutes light stretching to entice your muscles, then at least 15 minutes exercise of your choice!
Clubs- WORST CASE SCENARIO! Your Psychic Friend phones to tell you that Marla Cilley- aka FlyLady herself!- is in town and going to drop in on you tomorrow to see how much progress you've made in your CLOSETS! Better get them ready! (we have 3 closets and one pantry each)
Diamonds- at least 133 oz water and limit caffeine!
Spades- Eat AT LEAST three on-plan meals, at decent intervals to curb cheating. Have your food plan done by noon!
