I thought i'd make a post for us to record our exercise minutes for the week.If you'd like to post your daily exercises is just post daily and come back to edit after that. Hope everyone gets their exercise in!

Sun-30 buns of steel vhs

Mon-25 weight machines,5 abs

Tue-30 incline treadmill,20 arm,10 abs

Wed-10 walk track,20 treadmill,25 weight machines,5 abs

Thu-10 treadmill,10 arm weights,10legs,5 abs

Fri-15 treadmill,20 weight machines,7 arm weights,25 kickology

Sat-7 arm weights,20 tae boxing,30 dynamite legs,25 kickology

total minutes:365

goal 250 minutes

Ooh, good idea!

My goal is 360 minutes of exercise this week.

Sun., January 25: Nada. Did homework. :-(

Mon., January 26: 30 minutes on recumbent bike, 15 minutes stationary bike, 15 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes walking.

Tues., January 27: Nothing. Parents were in town and I chose to spend the evening with them.

Wed., January 28: Ooh...nothing again! Darn it! I spent most of the evening with my parents, and to make it even worse, my aunt took me out for a steak dinner tonight! Yummy!

Thurs., January 29: 30 minutes stair climber, 30 minutes stationary bike, 30 minutes walking.

Fri., January 30: 30 minutes elliptical trainer, 30 minutes stair climber, 30 minutes walking.

Sat., January 31: 30 minutes elliptical trainer, 30 minutes recumbent bike, 45 minutes weight lifting.

Total for the week: 375 minutes.

Goal for this week: 330 minutes


Sun- 40 min. cardio; 10 min. thigh workout

Mon- 40 min. cardio

Tue- 40 min. cardio; 10 min. ab workout

Wed- ZERO....sick

Thu- 50 min. cardio

Fri- 4o min. cardio; 10 min. arm workout

Not sure if mine counts as real exercise but I have been walking the mall:

Excellent idea!

Sun- 20 mins step aerobics, 20 mins toning

Mon- 35 mins toning, 15 mins leg work Total Tiger

Tue- 15 mins stretches, 30 mins step aerobics

Wed- 45 mins step aerobics, 20 mins total walking to and from the laundromat with a heavy basket, 15 mins stretching

Thu- 45 mins toning, 20 mins stetching

Fri-

Sat-

SUN - 30 min hill cycle on treadmill, 15 min recumbent bike, 10 mins str training on legs

MON - Too icey to leave the house so I got lazy :(

TUE - 65 min hill cycle on treadmill, 5 mins elliptical

WED - 65 min hill cycle on treadmill

THU - 30 mins of crunches, arm, leg and butt exercises

FRI - NONE - Celebrated fiances awesome new job!!!

SAT - NONE =( baaaaaaad

Total = 215

Mon- Did some YOGA (30mins) and walked 30 mins

Great idea!!

My exercise for the week:

Sun- none, I was a slacker. :(

Mon- 10 min leg work & 10 min ab work (AM) & 30 min 2-mile walk with WATP Tape (PM)

Tue- 15 min stretching/ flexibility training (AM) ...and that was it for today.
