I thought i'd make a post for us to record our exercise minutes for the week.If you'd like to post your daily exercises is just post daily and come back to edit after that. Hope everyone gets their exercise in!

I wanted to do a little something Tue and Thur, but hey , life happens! I'll do better this week coming up.

1/26 Mon - Off
1/27 Tue - Step aerobics - 90 minutes
1/28 Wed - Off
1/29 Thu - Walk away the pounds 2 mile - 30 minutes / Step aerobics - 45 minutes
1/30 Fri - Walk away the pounds 4 mile - 60 minutes
1/31 Sat - Walk away the pounds 3 mile - 45 minutes
Total = 305 minutes
